You pay $4.95 per active user per month. If someone doesn't clock on that month, you don't pay for them. Simple.
What you won't find on your invoice
Most timesheet apps make their money in the fine print. A monthly base fee before you add a single user. A "minimum spend" whether you use it or not. SMS charges. Features locked behind the plan above yours. Shift Buddy has none of that. You pay for the people who clocked on this month, and that's the whole bill.

Common questions
Is there a free tier?
There's a 14-day free trial with everything unlocked. After that, it's $4.95/user/month. We'd rather give you the full product for a fair price than a crippled version for free.
What counts as a "user"?
Anyone who can log in. Admins and technicians both count. Archived users don't count.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation.
Do my team need to install an app?
No. Shift Buddy works in any mobile browser. No app store download needed. Your team just opens a link.
Is my data safe?
Enterprise-grade encryption. Secure cloud infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region. Row-level security on every table. Your data is protected.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing automatic. We don't have your card, so we can't charge it. You'll get a reminder before day 14, and if you want to keep going you add payment details then. If not, your data is held safely for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Does it work with Xero or MYOB?
Your reports export as clean CSVs formatted for Australian payroll, with Australian date formats, ready to import into Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks. No re-keying.
Will my team actually use it?
This is the question that matters, and it's why there's no app to download, no login they'll forget, and only one button on the screen. In our own field team, nobody needed training. Try it with your hardest-to-please person during the trial. That's the real test.
How is it this much cheaper than the big names?
